Mary Dixon Drake is presently engaged in clinical research as the Chief Executive Officer of Cogent Pharma Consulting, LLC. In addition to promoting research as a core component of improving human health, Ms. Drake is guided by the ethical principles that govern clinical research while also bringing strategic expertise to project implementation ensuring project success.
Mary Dixon Drake has over 17 years experience in the clinical research industry. Before forming Cogent Pharma Consulting, LLC, in 2006, Ms. Drake worked as a Senior Manager, Clinical Development at Merck & Co. where she was on commercialization teams. Ms. Drake managed successful cross-functional research teams implementing trials for multiple compounds. Historically, Ms. Drake has been on study teams that have developed seven marketed compounds.
